Reading for Pleasure
Everybody Every Night
At Gillas Lane, we are passionate about developing a lifelong love of reading in every child. To help build positive reading habits at home, we run an exciting whole‑school initiative called Everybody, Every Night. Children are encouraged to read every night at home. After reading, an adult simply signs their child’s reading diary.
Every child who reads every night throughout the half term earns an exclusive invitation to our end‑of‑term celebration: Read for a Rave!
