From September 2020, we will no longer be accepting cash payments. Parents and carers can make payments directly into our bank account using their online banking facilities.
To help us identify the payments that are sent, it is important that parents and carers provide us with certain information. The very least we need is a reference to the child's surname followed by one of the following 4-digit codes. If a payment relates to more than one child or is to be split between different activities then please use code NAME 9999 and email firstname.lastname@example.org with further details.
NAME 1305 - school meals
NAME 1200 - trips/visits
NAME 9055 - after schools clubs / breakfast club
NAME 9999 - multiple payments
